One of the most familiar motifs of the Ancient Celts is the Knot of Eternity. Each thread wandered far from the center, then whorled back in again. Although the Celts left no descriptive writings of their art, the Knot of Eternity suggests this is a symbol of life’s journey, and the desire to return to the source that replenishes the soul.
Photography has long been a stepping stone in my journey to return to the source that replenishes the soul. Photography is a true merging of art and science, an attempt to capture a moment of beauty in the grand canvas of glorious creation that surrounds us.
The following photographs are recent journeys into this glorious canvas of creation. Enjoy!
